What happened
UN experts concluded that the Houthis fired shells hitting al-Markoudhah in Hodeidah on 27 June 2018, killing nine people, including two boys, and injuring seven. No active fighting was occurring at the site. The report considered a possible military target near the airport but found the use of inaccurate weapons in a residential area violated distinction.
