Human Rights Watch inspected the site and found damage consistent with witness accounts. Residents reported no fighters or military vehicles at the location.
Those killed included Hadi Jamal Hadi Yaslem (15), Hussam Hashim Mustafa al-Saqaf (10), Jafar Farooq Abd al-Wareth Saed al-Qobati (8), and Farooq al-Qobati. Muhammad Jamal Hadi Yaslem (17) was injured.
